The Livin' Bend Story
A series of road trips that took mother and daughter Julie and Skye Burket away from Central Oregon led to the birth of a locally-inspired clothing line. So happy to be home following these adventures, Julie exclaimed, “Let’s just do Bend!” This statement became the inspiration for an apparel line celebrating the Central Oregon lifestyle.
Julie and Skye created slogans and logo designs for everything we are passionate about-----snow sports, hiking, paddling, camping, biking, brews, great eats, and dogs! The duo partnered with local businesses to design and create t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, beanies, bandanas, coasters, and more, and continue to add to their product line.
Formerly just available online, Livin’ Bend Clothesline’s popular products are now featured at Market of Choice in Bend, where a great seasonal selection is available, as well as at local pop-up shops (see Events for dates and locations). The owner of Right at Home In-Home Care for nearly a decade, Julie is a strong believer in giving back! She and Skye have developed a line of Parkinson’s-related items to benefit Parkinson’s charities, a devastating disease that affects families in her company’s care.
Additionally, Livin’ Bend Clotheslines just committed to sharing 25% of net profits on all doggie-related products with Family Access Network (FAN) to benefit families in Central Oregon who need a helping hand. This talented pair has more cool things in development, and hope that you (and your pooch!) enjoy their one-of-a-kind designs celebrating the Pacific Northwest lifestyle.
